Vinegar Is Going To Make Me Thin?

Will vinegar make you thin? There have been many articles written and arguments for and against vinegar being helpful in weight loss. I've been an avid user of Organic Apple Cider Vinegar for some time and attest to its ability to reduce stomach bloating, gas and overall body fat.

Read this article for more information - http://bit.ly/3IAMPr

Whilst the above article does not give a strong argument for using vinegar, I would suggest that you don't use ordinary household vinegar, but you must use a good organic Apple Cider Vinegar. The reason for this is that it has more natural nutrients and is actually good for you. Over acidic people are generally those that have a high alcohol, protein and fat diet that doesn't include many fruits and vegetables. Over acidity contributes to disease in the body such as atherosclerosis, arthritis, gout, cardiovascular disease, diabetes and cancer to name a few. Apple Cider Vinegar aids in turning an acidic body to a more favorable ph balance.

Do yourself a favour and take this challenge - take 5mls of Organic Apple Cider Vinegar in 30mls of water and drink before a meal - try to do this 3 times a day. Drink plenty of water throughout the day, cut down on the caffeine, protein and junk food in your diet and see what happens. You may be pleasantly surprised. To get the best benefits, you will need to do this long term.

A Fat Body = A Fat Mind

Interesting title to this blog right? A Fat Body = A Fat Mind. Hmm. We know some people will take offense at that and we apologise up front, we do not want to make anyone feel bad. So you are now asking what do we mean. Listen up for a sec ok? Firstly, we can't offer blanket statements that apply to every person. Secondly, we know this will apply to some.

Now, people who are overweight/obese/fat can often have a fat mindset, meaning they can't get their head around the concept of weight loss, they don't want to lose weight and they are comfortable in their uncomfortableness. Sometimes, it is easier to sit in a place where we do feel comfortably uncomfortable because the idea of having to make radical or major changes in our lives is just too big.

A fat mind is one that is ok with the food they consume that is, the fat food that makes them fat. A fat body and a fat mind can go hand in hand. The foods consumed with a high fat and sugar content often do taste pretty good but they have low nutritional value and high fat value. They make us fat.

The fat mind can be complacent about what needs to be done to ward off impending disease due to being overweight. Death is final when it comes and the overweight person has a much higher chance of reaching this finality before thinner people. Beauty is in the eye's of the beholder but disease and death don't care.

Does your weight contribute to disease?

Virtually every person I know, whether it is in my friendships or business relationships, has tried a diet at least once. People diet for many different reasons and there are thousands upon thousands of diets around for us to try. As we age it is really important that we look after our health and our weight. As a health professional, I see so many people who have weight gain related health issues such as cardiovascular disease, arthritis, diabetes, gout to name a few.

The number of cases of cardiovascular disease and cancer is blowing out of control - people are daily being diagnosed with these. Does being overweight (beign fat) really contribute to the risk of developing these diseases. You bet they do. If you are overweight, you owe it to yourself and your family and loved ones to start a plan today to lose your weight now, today. Don't leave it any longer.

Buy a journal and start writing down everything you eat and drink in a day. Do this for one week and take your weight each day as well. As you look back over the week you will be surprised by what you put in your mouth. Pizza's, burgers, fried chicken, fries, pies, crisps etc are not good foods to be eating. A better alternative is fresh fruit and vegetables and the delicious meals you can make out of them.

Keep checking back here daily to see my blogs, there will be more tips 'n tricks to help you on your way. Go to http://www.shrinkmybody.com/ and start looking over the products we have available for you to get you on your weight loss journey.

Have a great day, we'll see you soon.
