Vinegar Is Going To Make Me Thin?

Will vinegar make you thin? There have been many articles written and arguments for and against vinegar being helpful in weight loss. I've been an avid user of Organic Apple Cider Vinegar for some time and attest to its ability to reduce stomach bloating, gas and overall body fat.

Whilst the above article does not give a strong argument for using vinegar, I would suggest that you don't use ordinary household vinegar, but you must use a good organic Apple Cider Vinegar. The reason for this is that it has more natural nutrients and is actually good for you. Over acidic people are generally those that have a high alcohol, protein and fat diet that doesn't include many fruits and vegetables. Over acidity contributes to disease in the body such as atherosclerosis, arthritis, gout, cardiovascular disease, diabetes and cancer to name a few. Apple Cider Vinegar aids in turning an acidic body to a more favorable ph balance.

Do yourself a favour and take this challenge - take 5mls of Organic Apple Cider Vinegar in 30mls of water and drink before a meal - try to do this 3 times a day. Drink plenty of water throughout the day, cut down on the caffeine, protein and junk food in your diet and see what happens. You may be pleasantly surprised. To get the best benefits, you will need to do this long term.
